Data shows that Indian refiners are replacing Russian oil with Latam and Africa in February.

Data from trade sources show that India's crude imports from Latin America, Africa and the Middle East increased marginally in February, as refiners sought alternative sources of oil, fearing a reduction in Russian oil supplies due to tighter U.S. sanction, based on data.
