Saudi, Russia, Kazakhstan advise commitment to OPEC+ voluntary cuts, health spa reports

Saudi Arabia, Russia and Kazakhstan stressed on Wednesday the significance of complete dedication to the voluntary oil production cuts concurred by the Company of the Petroleum Exporting Countries and their allies, the Saudi state news agency reported.

OPEC+ members are discussing an additional hold-up to a prepared oil output trek that was due to start in January, 2 sources from the producer group told Reuters on Tuesday, ahead of Sunday's meeting to decide policy for the early months of 2025.

The remarks follow a meeting on phone held by Saudi Arabian Energy Minister Prince Abdulaziz bin Salman, Kazakh Energy Minister Almasadam Satkaliyev, and Russian Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak, who is on a main visit to Kazakhstan, MEDICAL SPA said.

They also worried the significance of cooperation amongst OPEC+ member countries and full adherence to the arrangement, including the voluntary production cuts concurred upon by the eight taking part countries, along with making up for any excess production, day spa reported.

On Tuesday, Prince Abdulaziz and Novak met Iraqi Prime Minister Mohammed Shia al-Sudani in Baghdad to discuss the conditions of worldwide energy markets and matters connected to the production of crude oil, its flow to markets and fulfilling need, Iraq's prime minister's workplace stated.

Saudi Arabia's energy ministry said the three countries emphasised the importance of totally committing to the OPEC+ oil supply agreement, including voluntary production cuts agreed by 8 member states and steps to make up for any boosts in production.
