Urals diffs consistent, Russia says to deepen oil output cuts

Urals unrefined differentials to outdated Brent kept steady on Monday as traders attempted to evaluate the effect on the market of Russia's additional oil output and export cuts.

* Russia will cut its oil output and exports by an extra 471,000 barrels per day (bpd) in the 2nd quarter, its Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak stated on Sunday.

* Russia prepares to slowly ease the export cuts, Novak stated in a declaration. In April, it will reduce output by an extra 350,000 bpd, with exports cut by 121,000 bpd. In May, the additional output cut will be 400,000 bpd and exports cut by 71,000 bpd. In June, all the extra cuts will be from oil output, he added.

* OPEC+ members led by Saudi Arabia and Russia settled on Sunday to extend voluntary oil output cuts of 2.2 million barrels per day into the 2nd quarter, giving additional support to the marketplace in the middle of concerns over global growth and rising output outside the group.

* Oil loadings from Russia's Black Sea port of Novorossiisk are expected to rise to 2.4 million tonnes in March from 2.16 million in the February plan.
