Russia's Rusal in talk with mine bauxite in Sierra Leone, RIA reports

Russian aluminium giant Rusal is in negotiations with the federal government of Sierra Leone on a. bauxite mining concession, the RIA state news company reported on. Wednesday, citing the west African nation's mining minister.
