Intel works with market veteran Kevin O'Buckley to head Foundry Services

Intel on Monday called Kevin O'Buckley head of services at its contract chipmaking business, tapping a market veteran as the business builds out the system to overtake market leader Taiwan Semiconductor Production.

He will succeed company veteran Stuart Pann, who established the Intel Foundry section under the business's brand-new operating model.
