China's refinery output succumbs to seventh straight month despite ramp-up at new plant

China's refinery throughput fell 4.6%. from last year in October for a seventh successive month of. decrease, regardless of a rampup in production at a recently begun. refinery and holiday travel, official information showed on Friday.

Refiners processed 59.54 million metric tons of crude oil. last month, data from the National Bureau of Stats (NBS). revealed, equivalent to 14.02 million barrels daily (bpd).
