Russia's deficit spending expands in Feb as spending gets

Russia's budget deficit increased nearly fivefold in February as it increase spending, expanding to 1.47 trillion roubles ($ 16.3 billion) or 0.8% of gross domestic item, the finance ministry stated on Thursday.
