France picks three commercial projects for Le Havre port

The French federal government has picked winning proposals for a hydrogen import terminal, a. eco-friendly fuels facility and a lithium production factory to be. constructed at the staterun port of Le Havre as part of an effort to. attract commercial investment, the finance ministry stated on.
