Bolivia's Arce promotes Russian fuel deal as materials run low

Bolivian President Luis Arce on Tuesday said an arrangement had been reached with Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin for Russia to offer fuels to the South American country, making sure supply to Bolivia as its stores have diminished.
