Former FirstEnergy execs, ex-regulator prosecuted in Ohio bribery scandal

Two former FirstEnergy Corp. executives, consisting of ousted CEO Chuck Jones, and a previous state. utility regulator have been indicted in a public corruption case. connected to a legal costs to bail out Ohio's nuclear power. plants, state Chief law officer Dave Yost stated on Monday.
