Kimmeridge makes brand-new $2.1 bln deal for SilverBow, sources say

Kimmeridge Energy Management has sent a new deal to obtain SilverBow Resources that values the U.S. oil and gas manufacturer at near $2.1. billion, including debt, according to individuals familiar with the. matter.
