Five employees eliminated in sewage plant accident in Sicily

5 employees were killed on Monday in an accident at a sewage treatment plant near Palermo, on the island of Sicily, while another was discovered unconscious and taken to hospital, firefighters said.

According to Italian broadcaster RAI, the workers suffered from harmful gas poisoning, with one employee handling to get away and raise the alarm. There was no remark from AMAP, the local group which is accountable for waste water treatment.
