Shooting in Washington state leaves 5 dead; 15-year-old kid is in custody

Washington state authorities stated on Monday that 5 individuals were killed in a shooting at a home near Seattle which a 15yearold kid remains in custody for the killings.

Three kids and two grownups were killed, the King County Sheriff's department stated in a statement. A girl who lived in the house was also hurt.

Constable's department spokesperson Mike Mellis informed press reporters at the scene that the suspect was taken into custody by deputies without incident.

It was not instantly clear if all those involved were members of the very same family, and the sheriff's department stated it was still working to determine a motive for the violence.

The constable's department said that deputies reacted to numerous calls about shooting at a home in Fall City, about 10 miles east of Seattle, early on Monday. A next-door neighbor with some medical training had the ability to administer emergency treatment before first responders arrived, the department said.

The young boy collared was booked at the King County juvenile detention center and is expected to make an initially court appearance on Tuesday or Wednesday, the constable's. department stated.
